Permanently Closed

It is with great regret and sadness that we must announce the permanent closure of Nourish Hot Yoga.

We understand this is sudden and unexpected to our members. It was unexpected for us as well with extremely little notice to make this difficult decision. However, since the beginning of the pandemic, this studio like other businesses has struggled to stay open and ultimately is no longer able to continue operating with its high overhead costs.

Yoga 360 is offering all students who had recurring memberships and class packages a free 2 Week Unlimited trial membership at their studio. Additionally, you can purchase their First Month All Access Membership for $69 after the completion of their 2 weeks.

Original HOT 26 & 2

The original HOT 26 & 2 is hot yoga for beginners. A 90-minute series of 26 yoga poses and 2 breathing exercises performed in a heated room, it is safe and extremely effective for everyone regardless of what physical shape you're in.

Express Hot Yoga Class (60 Minutes)
Inspired by the "Original 90", this class is the sequence of postures and heated environment that you have grown to love, shortened to 60 minutes. It is the perfect class for those wanting to maintain a hot yoga practice, providing the maximum benefits of the "90 minute" in the shortest amount of time.

 
 

Inferno HOT Pilates (HIIT)

Based on Pilates prin­ci­ples, this class is a chal­leng­ing, full body, low impact, high inten­sity work­out. Practiced on a yoga mat in a room heated to 30 degrees celcius and 40% humid­ity, Inferno Hot Pilates strength­ens mus­cles and burns fat with­out the pound­ing of a high impact work­out. It is designed for all fit­ness levels.

 
 

YIN Yoga

Suitable for students at all levels, Yin Yoga is the perfect complement to the dynamic, muscular styles of yang yoga that emphasize internal heat, and the active lengthening and contracting of muscles. Yin practice requires holding postures in stillness for longer periods of time while practicing focused breathing. This transfers energy along the muscles, tendons, and ligaments to the deeper connective tissues of the hips, pelvis, and lower spine.
