I started my Bikram Yoga practice November 2007. Previous to practicing, I weighed 300 lbs and had severe knee and back issues.

On my search to find something that would help me lose weight while working with my injuries, I found myself at a yoga studio. With a dedicated practice, I was able to drop over 100 pounds, rid myself of my knee and back pain, and completely changed my view on personal health.

After experiencing all the amazing benefits of Bikram Yoga, I wanted to further my knowledge and give back to the community by teaching. I attended the Fall 2009 session in Las Vegas and been teaching since then.

I deliver a strong class with a teaching style that is direct, focused, and progressive. When I'm not teaching or practicing, I enjoy drawing, painting and karaoke.
